Monarch Muay Thai is a family-friendly gym with classes run by experienced and professional trainers. Our programs are designed for all stages of life; from children all the way up to seniors. We strive to make Muay Thai accessible to everyone regardless of age, experience, or fitness level. We like to think of our gym as a place that people can feel comfortable in and call a second home.
